Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

All orders in our online shop are delivered free of charge.

There are no additional shipping or packaging costs – regardless of the order value.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Germany.

If deliveries to other countries are offered, these will be indicated separately.

Delivery Time

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within
2–4 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of payment).

There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Providers

Shipping is handled reliably by reputable parcel service providers (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, or GLS).

We reserve the right to select the shipping provider.

Partial Deliveries

Should an order be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons, you will not incur any additional costs.

Tracking

If available, you will receive a tracking number after shipment to track your order.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the goods upon receipt for any obvious shipping damage and report it to us as soon as possible. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
